On the day make sure you head to the Event Village with enough time to collect your Race Pack and take part in all the pre-race activities.
Race Packs for all Run Ballarat participants will be available for collection from the registration tent located at the Event Village*
Each Race Pack includes your unique race bib, timing chip and Run Ballarat t-shirt.

Where do you go when you’re ready to run? Our Event Village! Located at South Gardens, the Event Village will be open from 6.30am for pre-race registration, with volunteers on hand to answer any urgent questions.
When you finish your race, the fun doesn’t stop there! Our Event Village comes to life with activities, entertainment, games, food and drinks, plus much more, thanks to Run Australia and our fab event partners!
The Event Village fun will wrap up in the early afternoon, so grab your mum, dad, uncle, aunty, grandma, grandpa, work buddies and all your mates to join us for a great day out in Ballarat.
Everyone wants to snare a good park on race day! Here’s where we recommend you look for a spot:
We don’t advise parking on Wendouree Parade, as the lakeside lane will be closed to traffic for some time.
Public transport is a great way to get to the start line on race day!
The Route 16 bus goes down Gillies St, with stops just a short walk away from the start finish area at South Gardens.
If Route 16 is convenient for you, Route 15 and 18 go along Sturt St and will drop you off no more than a 10 minute walk from the Event Village.
